We ask what is not working about your current brand, what your dream client looks like (the one that hasn’t shown up yet), and which part of your business you always explain with your hands because you can't quite put it into words. That’s usually where the magic is.
We look at your competition: how they speak, what colors they use, and what they promise. Not to copy anything, but to know exactly where you can stand out without pretending to be something you're not.
We present our work, explain the reasoning behind every decision, and listen if something doesn't quite fit. A brand doesn't just belong to us, it’s yours too, and it needs to feel that way from the very first sketch.
